Coconut Oil - 2 weeks in
Thanks to some advice from Cassandra I think I have this thing down. The blender is THE way to go.
What’s working for me is two different blender recipes:
The Fat Shake with Protein
4-6 oz. of water
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons heavy cream
